These details will only be used by ERP Software Management Pty Ltd for CIPS studies.

    Booking a course
A registration form must be completed and submitted to ERP Software Management Pty Ltd (ERPSM). Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you email confirmation of receipt and acceptance onto the course.

    Payment
We will invoice you up to 6 weeks before the course starts or upon receipt of a completed registration form, whichever is the sooner. All invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the date of the invoice or before the course starts whichever is the sooner – failure to do so may result in your not being able to attend.

    Student Responsibilities
Students are required to attend the classroom-based/online tutorial sessions on the dates specified in the course schedule. If students do not attend tutorial sessions on the specified dates, then they will be expected to make efforts to catch up in their own time. If the student requires additional tutorials to catch up, then ERP Software Management will reserve the right to make an additional charge to cover the provision of additional tuition time.

If students are studying on a learning package delivered by a Personal Tutor, then ERP Software Management will allocate a personal tutor to provide the number of tutorials stated on the invoice for the level of study. The student will be responsible for setting the tutorial dates with their allocated tutor and to take the tutorials within the course timescale specified on the invoice.

Students commit to completing their course/level and exams in the timescale specified on the invoice. If for whatever reason the student does not complete the course in the timescale specified then ERPSM reserve the right to make reasonable, additional charges for the student attending additional study sessions inside or outside of the specified time frame.

By completing and submitting the online registration form the student is signing up for a level of CIPS training (eg: Level 2) and will be liable to pay the cost for a full level. Students may pay by the unit only with prior agreement from ERP Software Management. If a student fails to complete the full level which they have signed up for then, we regret they will not be entitled to a refund.

ERP Software Management commit to provide the student with the CIPS textbooks for the level for which they have signed up and these CIPS textbooks will be delivered to the student’s work address detailed on their registration form unless the student specifies otherwise at the time of registration. ERP Software Management commit to provide printed copies of the slides for the level which the student has signed up for and these will be distributed by the tutor at the first tutorial for each unit.

ERP Software Management reserve the right to cancel a course if that course does not attract a sufficient number of students, or to move a classroom course from a physical location to an online format in case of any change in legislation, government advice or economic event. ERP Software Management will make every effort to provide training in an alternative format or location in this instance.  ERP Software Management reserve the right to change course dates on the course schedule, but will aim to provide the same number of dates over the duration of the course.

By accepting these terms & conditions students agree only to work with ERP Software Management tutors on the course of study for which they have been invoiced by ERP Software Management. Students will not engage with tutors in additional courses of study unless this has been agreed by a Director of ERP Software Management or Center Manager.

    Cancellation
After they have submitted their online registration, if a student informs us that they want to cancel their course less than 60 days before the course start date, they will be charged 100% of the invoice value. You have the option to place another candidate from your organization on the course in place of the invoiced student.

If you wish to cancel your course once the course has started then we regret we are unable to make any refund, although you have the option to place another candidate from your organization on the course in your place for the remaining duration of the course as stated on the invoice.

    Examination entry
Whilst our tutors are available to assist and advise where required, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure they are entered for the appropriate examination by communicating the exam with the center manager. Students will be issued with a course schedule detailing the examination entry deadline dates at the start of your course.

Full terms & conditions are available on request. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your registration. We will be glad to help.
